Sizing tip for women: 

For T-shirts in womens fit, if you are petite, you can choose as per size you are wearing. Tees running small, if you want comfort choose the one size larger than you usually wearing. If you are tall- I recommend choosing Unisex fit as it is longer. But it will also be more loose.
